The Dobosi Winery is a family business in the Balatonfüred-Csopak wine region, established by ancestors in the early 1700s near Lake Balaton. Daniel Dobosi, an excellent winemaker, and his wife Ilonka revived the family estate after the political change. Bálint and Győző continue the legacy at the winery. They cultivate 30 hectares of vines. The family aims to produce genuine organic wine using traditional methods. In a modern setting, guests can enjoy country-style hospitality and a variety of wines paired with locally-sourced meals, with a menu featuring both traditional Hungarian dishes and contemporary international cuisine.
