Naár Family Winery

The family’s vineyards have been under continuous development since 1990, when they were privatised. The proportions of the varieties are 60% Furmint, 25% Hárslevelű, 10% Sárgamuskotály, Kövérszőlő and Zengő. There are older vines, 40-50 years old, but they are also trying to cultivate new and older plantations. For the first time since 2010 they have been planting new vines and buying old plots. They produced their first bottled wine in 2008. They also produce fresh – fruity, mature – dry, late harvest and aszú wines. The family is in the fortunate position of having generations working together.
