The parcels farmed by Gábor Orosz are located in Mád, in historic first and second class vineyards, on very different soils. The estate has 7.8 hectares of vineyards and 6.7 hectares of fallow land waiting to be planted. The three most important grape varieties of the Tokaj wine region, Furmint, Hárslevelű and Sárgamuskotály, are harvested from these areas and used by Mr Orosz to make various handcrafted wines of unique complexity. These wines carry the minerality of the volcanic soil and the characteristics of the terroir.
