In 1999, founder Pál Rókusfalvy started working with wine as a hobby after falling in love with the romanticism of Etyek during a wine tasting. A few years later, the initial “four-barrel” one-man show grew into a flourishing family business involving two generations and several members of the family. The estate has now expanded to several hectares and is also active in other areas of the wine region, organising gastro-events and running the Inn and Wine Hotel in the centre of the village.
