Takács Winery

The fragrant wines of the Hajós-Baja wine region await you at the Takács Pince Winery on the outskirts of the wine-growing town of Hajós. The family has been producing wine since 1979. With the help of 3000-litre stainless steel temperature-controlled tanks, the wines can ferment in a controlled manner, preserving all the wonderful flavours and aromas of the white and rosé batches. Some of the red wines, the smaller batches, are fermented in a traditional fermentation vat, crushed by hand, while the larger batches are fermented in a modern temperature-controlled fermentation tank with mechanical assistance.
