The Villa Gyetvai Winery is housed in a classical villa surrounded by a park with ancient trees in Balatonfüred. The vineyards are located in the vicinity of Paloznak, Aszófő and Tihany. The winery’s portfolio ranges from elegant white wines with a focus on fruity flavours, through exciting Schillers and serious reds, to a selection of pálinka (i.e. brandy). Traditional Upper Balaton grape varieties such as Olaszrizling, Furmint and Kékfrankos play an important role, but the winery is also experimenting with some personal favourites such as Riesling, Chardonnay and Syrah.
