- Brief description of viticulture, fermentation, vinification and maturation: Hand harvest, manual bunch selection, cold soaking for 5 days, cooled fermentation for two weeks. Aging 70% in 1000-1500 litre oak barrels, and 30% in new and used 300-500 litre Hungarian oak barrels. Bottled: 12th July 2022.
