Bock Cuvée, 2018

The cellar’s flagship wine is a blend of Bordeaux varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Cabernet Franc (30%) and Merlot (10%). It is matured for 24 months in new, small oak barrels and develops further for at least another year in bottles. The wine has shades of deep, dark red tending towards crimson. It has a velvety, full-bodied texture. The nose offers ripe cherries and tobacco, while the palate offers chocolate and vanilla with overripe fruit notes.
