Bock Ermitage, 2021

This is the winery’s most popular wine. Based on Cabernet, it is a blend of many varieties: Merlot, Pinot Noir, Portugieser, Kékfrankos and Syrah with the grapes grown in the most beautiful vineyards of the Villány wine region. It is matured in large oak barrels (70%) and used barrique barrels (30%) for 12 months. Medium dark colour verging on garnet-red. The nose offers subtle spice notes and red-fleshed fruit. The palate displays sour cherry tartness with some chocolate on the persistent finish.
