Grown on a mix of black turf soil and silt, with basalt and limestone in the bedrock. The volcanic bedrock paired with the limestone results in a much more complex acidity than the vineyards on Mount Saint George. Moreover, the proximity of Lake Balaton causes an increase in the amount of sunshine. Due to the microclimate and the geological characteristics, the ripening period can be lengthened without an increase in the alcohol level. Intense cherry colour with light brick water edge. Captivating nose of juicy freshly picked blueberries with ripe pointed pepper, twigs and white pepper.
