The major difference between Cassiopeia and Koh-I-Noor is that Koh-I-Noor is an “ultimate” selection among the already carefully picked Cassiopia-quality batches. Koh-I-Noor will be made only if the winemaker finds some barrels with clearly different extraordinary features. These brands are produced only in perfect vintages.
