Debrői Hárslevelű Superior, 2019

The production of Debrői Hárslevelű in our wine region became a project close to our hearts. We observed its ascent to fame and subsequent decline. With the goal of restoring it to its rightful prestige, we began working on it. In 2019, we created our late harvest Grand Selection Debrői Hárslevelű. It boasts beautiful varietal aromas such as linden, dried apricot, and honey, followed by a medley of these scents, rounded off with a hint of vanilla at the end. Like a magnificent musical work: a harmonious composition of flavours and aromas.

  • Brief description of viticulture, fermentation, vinification and maturation: The year 2019 was an ideal year for viticulture. We harvested overripe raw materials, which after an overnight soaking, underwent fermentation, cooled for about 10 days. Following the completion of processing, the batch was bottled and has been ageing in the bottle ever since.
