With a darker lemon yellow hue, this wine offers an expressive nose of ripe, yellow stone fruits with notes of honey and toast. The palate is dominated by sweet spices such as vanilla, clove, and nutmeg, complemented by ripe, yellow stone fruits and quince. The combination of residual sugar and moderate, rounded acidity makes for a soft and light texture.
Grapes are from our own, organic and biodynamic certified (Demeter) production. 50 % botrytised bunches harvested by hand. 2. Fermentation on skin for 1 week. 3. Pressing with pneumatic wine press. 4. Fermentation without adding artificial yeast or temperature control. Ageing in steel tank for 8 months. Fining with natural bentonite fining agent, filtration. Total sulphur content: 143 mg/l
