Pale, brick-orange colour. Bright lemon and rose pepper scent followed by ripe mandarin, grapefruit and orange. Behind the fruit, floral notes of almond and peach blossom appear, complemented by a cinnamon aroma. A lively, vibrant palate with orange flavours, a slight saltiness and almond in the background. Finishes with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.

- Brief description of viticulture, fermentation, vinification and maturation: The Pinot Gris grapes were hand-picked and destemmed. Fermented on the skins for 14 days, maceration was aided by pumping over. The wine matured for 10 months in an old 2000 liter Hungarian oak cask, and in 300 litre new Hungarian barrels.
