Pale lemon colour. Ripe white-fleshed fruit, yellow apple, pear, white flowers (acacia), lemon, tangerine peel, with white wine on the background. Intense palate, with a citrusy start, accompanied by grapefruit flavours, with Etyek’s trademark vibrancy, and a slightly salty finish.
