Pale lemon colour. Ripe white-fleshed fruit, yellow apple, pear, white flowers (acacia), lemon, tangerine peel, with white wine on the background. Intense palate, with a citrusy start, accompanied by grapefruit flavours, with Etyek’s trademark vibrancy, and a slightly salty finish.

  • Brief description of viticulture, fermentation, vinification and maturation: An early ripening, autochthonous Hungarian grape variety, which accumulates sugar easily. Manual harvest, followed by fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.We then aged the wine for 6 months on fine lees.
