On the nose: a perfect interplay of red berries and spices. Ripe cherry – sweet cumin, rosehip – black pepper, cherry – nutmeg doubles vibrate. On the palate: soft and velvety sip, the aromas return, complemented by the light plum and redcurrant. A true Burgundian-style pinot with the (inimitable) acids from Etyek.

- Brief description of viticulture, fermentation, vinification and maturation: The grapes were hand-harvested in several steps, then carefully destemmed. Fermented for 14 days on the skins, with manual punching down. After the spontaneous malolactic fermentation, the wine spent 15 months maturing in 300-litre and 228-litre Hungarian, French and Austrian oak barrels (30% new).
