The Merlot was harvested at the beginning of October and the Cab. franc in the middle of October. The Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested at the end of October. All wines were fermented and matured separately and blended only after fining. All fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot matured in Hungarian and French 225 l toasted oak barrels for 20 months.
