Direct and dynamic face of Furmint and Hárlsevelű varieties. Furmint provides the backbone of acidity arising from the minerals of the unique volcanic soil of Tokaj. Complex, structured with elegance coming from the spices and roundness of Hárslevelű. A wine of strong character. The citrus, spice and herbal notes of the nose are clearly expressed on the palate as well. Mouth-watering acidity, flavours of ginger, spices, white flowers and herbs linger on the persistent finish.
Grapes from certified organic, own production, using biodynamic methods since 2020. Hand-harvesting on 13/10/2020. Gently pressing with pneumatic wine press. Fermentation without adding artificial yeast or temperature control, 50% in steel tank, 50% in 675l egg-shaped amphorae. Aged on lees for 9 months. Unclarified and unfiltered. Bottled on 05/07/2021. without adding additives or preservatives.
