The top sparkling wine from Garamvári. We primarily use Pinot Noir as the base wine, blended with Chardonnay, sourced from our Magyal vineyard characterized by loess soil. Based on a cuvée made exclusively from the fermentation of free-run juice, this sparkling wine is distinct: elegant, with an almost masculine acidity and a rich sparkling character. It is only after the first sip that other surprises emerge: ageing retains the gentle charm of forest fruits, while the brisk acidity and the lingering savoury finish are complemented by the yeasty, slightly bitter character of autolysis.

- Brief description of viticulture, fermentation, vinification and maturation: The top sparkling wine mainly of Pinot Noir base wine from our Magyal vineyard characterised by loess soil. Both fermentation and bottle ageing are carried out on the fine lees. Disgorging always takes place after maturation has been checked, because the aim is to display delicate, complex aromas, and classic ageing notes.
