Produced using traditional methods. After destemming, the grapes were placed in a closed stainless steel vat. Fermentation lasted 2 weeks, followed by 30 days of maceration. The finished wine spent 30 months in Hungarian barrels. Malolactic fermentation took place in the barrel.
