This is an elegant, modern aszú with a light golden colour. Great complexity on the nose: alongside the botrytised notes of hand-picked and selected aszú berries it offers peach, orange peel, hard candy, figs and exotic flowers. The palate is crystal clear, with fresh and dried fruit, orange, quince, pear and apricot notes. Moving on to the finish, white chocolate and vanilla flavours reflecting the barrel ageing emerge, and the bright acidity makes the wine round and persistent.
