Terra Tartaro is the wineries top blend based on Bordeaux varieties, always with a high percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon. This Sauvignon is sourced from the oldest vineyard (planted 30 years ago) of the winery. This wine is only produced in outstanding vintages. It usually gets high scores in international competitions or from famous wine critics.

Hand-harvested in small boxes. De-stemmed with berry selection on a selection table. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks at 28-30 °C. Matured in Hungarian barriques (225 l) and tonneau (500 l) for 24 months. 1/3 new barrels, 1/3 second filling and 1/3 third filling.
