One of the winery’s most important wines is this elegant blend of Olaszrizling (90%) and Riesling (10%). The fruit is sourced from the best plots in Paloznak and the surrounding area, where the soil is predominantly Permian red sandstone and marn (argillaceous limestone), a typical mixture of the region’s diverse soil types. 15% of the base wine was fermented and aged in 500l Hungarian oak, 85% in stainless steel. The winemaking process is natural and gentle, reflecting the winery’s philosophy.

- Brief description of viticulture, fermentation, vinification and maturation: The vineyard management is undergoing an organic transition. After hand-harvesting in September, immediate processing was followed by fermentation and maturation in stainless steel and 500-litre barrels. Only native yeasts propagating in the vineyards were used. A very gentle clarification/filtration process will take place before bottling in April 2024.
- Special remarks on the wine: spontenous fermentation, no additives
