Hoop Wines Gereg Kékfrankos, 2021

The hand-harvested ingredients come from 3 plots of the Gereg vineyard. The base wines were fermented separately – in an open vat, spontaneously, with 3-week skin contact, with hand crushing. Using little pressed wine, the wines were aged in used French barrels for 8 months. After that, the equalised wine was placed in closed containers until bottling.
