The grapes for our 2023 Tokaj Dry came from three sustainably farmed vineyards in different parts of the Tokaj region. The Hatalos Vineyard with its mineral-rich soil slopes steeply down to the southeast on the outskirts of Szegilong. The similarly steep Meszes Vineyard faces south and has a clay soil mixed with broken rocks. The Buckler faces west, with a gentle slope and mineral-rich, densely packed clay loam soils. The vines are trained on medium-high cordon, spaced at 1 metre in rows 2.4 metres apart.

- Brief description of viticulture, fermentation, vinification and maturation: This wine is always produced using traditional methods to make the most of the high-quality crop. The grapes were hand-harvested into small containers, then the bunches crushed and destemmed. After gentle pressing, the juice was settled and fermented in steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine was aged on the lees for 4 months in steel.
