The grapes for our Zenit were harvested in early September, mainly in our Badacsony vineyards and some other areas on the northern shore of Lake Balaton. Elderberry blossoms and tropical fruits appear in the nose. On the palate, the aromas are harmoniously echoed by juicy peach, ripe yellow apple with a hint of William pear and mint. The residual sugar is perfectly balanced by the round acidity, and it’s a candidate for the summer’s favourite refreshment.
