A blend of Riesling, Furmint, Chardonnay and Zenit that spent 6 months on the lees. Every step of making this traditional method sparkling wine takes place in the cellar, so only small batches are disgorged, but the development of the wine can continuously be monitored.
In the case of the first disgorging –thanks to the aromatic varieties – fruitiness dominates, and very good acidity leads the palate, in which citrus and white fruits appear first. The bubbles are small and elegant, with subtle notes of brioche on the finish. A refreshing and elegant traditional method sparkling wine.
