Our excellent mesoclimate lends itself to a fully ripe harvest of Cabernet grapes. The result is this classic Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (45%), Cabernet Franc (45%) and Merlot (10%). After temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, the blend was matured for 18 months in 2nd and 3rd fill Hungarian oak barrels. A full-bodied red wine with lively acidity and long ageing potential.
