- Brief description of viticulture, fermentation, vinification and maturation: Soil: chalky loess with red clay. Hand-harvested, manual bunch selection, cooled fermentation for 18 days. Malolactic fermentation in inox tanks for 6 months, ageing in new and used 500-litre barrels for 24 months. After blending the wine spent another 3 months in inox tanks. Bottled: 24/05/2022.
