A rosé inspired by the Cote d’Azur, as refreshing and caressing as the summer sun. Its pale salmon colour and bursting fruity nose will transport you to the beach, but as you taste it, you will realise that this is not just a light summer affair. The wine is 80% Syrah, which adds elegance and spice as well as playfulness to the blend, while the 20% Kékfrankos gives it that roundness that makes you want another glass. The palate is dominated by a trio of strawberries, raspberries and rose peppercorns, with a refreshingly piquant acidity! It’s our other favourite alongside Sauvignon Blanc!
