Mátrai Sauvignon Blanc, 2023

The 2023 vintage was the opposite of the previous dry year, with cooler and wetter weather favouring grape ripening, preserving firm acidity and full aromas. In addition to green, cut grass notes, a medley of tropical fruits and citrus appears in both the nose and the palate. This flood of flavours captivates the taster and gives him an experience he’ll want to relive again and again.

Food pairing: Salads, white meats and fish.
