Pajados Bikavér Grand Superior, 2021

Pajados vineyard is a miraculous place, especially in the middle of autumn, when the vine leaves are already coloured and the sun shines golden light on the slopes. The soil is rhyolite tuff, and the plantation is 25 years old. Nutmeg, cinnamon, blackcurrant, and plum on the nose with abundant minerality. Velvety texture and perfect harmony.
