Generosa was created by Károly Bíró in 1951 by crossing the Mór variety Ezerjó with Traminer. At first sip, the wine has a crisp, acidic backbone, typical of Ezerjó, and a fruity, rosy, complex finish, characteristic of Traminer. As soon as it is poured into the glass, we notice an exciting new aroma. Serve with fish, salads and light summer dishes.
