- Brief description of viticulture, fermentation, vinification and maturation: Age of the vines: 10-12 years old. Vineyards: Baranyavölgy, Virághegy. Soil: chalky loess with red clay. Cultivation, yield: medium-height cordon 40-50 hl/ha. Hand harvest, manual bunch selection, cold soaking for a few days, cooled fermentation. Aging in inox tanks for 6 months.
