Our Riesling was spontaneously fermented on the lees in 500-litre Hungarian Kádár barrels and then matured in a stainless steel tank. Apart from the acids typical of this variety, it has a very friendly, full and complex combination of flavours. The palate offers hints of peach, lemon, exotic fruits and a light smoky note.
