Straw yellow in colour, ripe on the nose with a delicate hint of oak barrel. The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness, and the juice was deemed worthy of ageing in wooden barrels. The acidity and body are elegantly balanced, thanks to several months of ageing in new barrels.
