Traditional method sparkling wine produced 100% from estate owned and farmed vineyards in the Tokaj region. With a Furmint backbone and complemented with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, our non-vintage Brut reflects the style of the house: fresh, crisp, refreshing and very long. No oak ageing or malolactic fermentation.

  • Brief description of viticulture, fermentation, vinification and maturation: Organically-farmed grapes are hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed. Cuvée and Taille are treated separately. Bottled without any barrel ageing. Aged on the lees for years in our underground cellars located in the suburbs of Budapest. 7 grams of dosage added.
