Single-vineyard Furmint aged in oak. Coming from our monopole vineyard Medve, located in the top of the hill near the town of Bodrogkeresztúr and completely surrounded by forests. The Furmint grown here has a richer texture that is beautifully balanced by the variety’s sharp and vibrant acidity.

- Brief description of viticulture, fermentation, vinification and maturation: Fermented in stainless steel and aged in 500-litre French oak barrels for 5 months. 20% of the wine was aged in cement eggs and 10% in stainless steel tanks. The final blend received a mixture of all three types of ageing.
