Every year we create one of our winery’s top wines from the Grófi vineyard, using a harvest of selected and overripe grapes. The low yield produces concentrated grapes, followed by extended barrel maturation after barrel fermentation. With bottle aging, we achieve even greater maturity and complexity in the wine.
