- Brief description of viticulture, fermentation, vinification and maturation: After manual harvesting, the Hárslevelű grapes were pressed in full bunches. It was kept at low temperature by slow fermentation in a 100% choir steel tank. We kept it on a fine broom for months, then clarified it, and finally bottled it.
