Szekszárdi Bikavér, 2017

Trying to perfect our first vintage of the Bikavér blend – this was the driving force behind the creation of this wine, and this growing season made it possible. The Szekszárdi Bikavér, an iconic wine of the region, has always been based on the Kékfrankos and Kadarka varieties. Our wine contains 45% Kékfrankos, 5% Kadarka and we also used Cabernet franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot. It has been aged in new French oak barrels of 4000 litres for 12 months.
