- Brief description of viticulture, fermentation, vinification and maturation: Viticulture: 3,500 vines/ha, Guyot training system, strict yield control - 1.0 kg/vine. Harvest: by hand. Fermentation: in stainless steel Taucher tanks with temperature control, cultured yeast fermentation, gentle maceration, 10-12 days of skin contact. Maturation: 85% in second and third filled, 15% in new Hungarian and partly French 500 litre oak barrels for 14 months.
