A village-designated wine made in a traditional style from a volcanic site, the Bakos family’s 6-year-old Töttösi vineyard on Fekete Hill. After hand-harvesting ripe and healthy fruit, the juice was fermented in a 500 litre oak barrel for 3 months and then left in the barrel to age for a further 9 months.
