Deep ruby-coloured wine. The warm tones on the nose are due to the barrel’s vanilla, coconut, cognac, clove, cinnamon and milk chocolate character. The fruit is blackberries, dried cherries, blackcurrant, and cherry jam. The palate is rich, concentrated, long and full-bodied. Lots of tannins, but with a creamy touch, with just the right touch of acidity. The sweetness of the alcohol makes the sip a flattering one. A complex experience, an exciting combination.
