Medium amber colour. Medlar, quince, quince cheese, overripe apricot, dried pear, rosehip jam, minerality, vanilla, pepper on the nose. On the palate, it’s a fireworks display of flavours, sugar and acidity harmony and character. Dried apricots, burnt sugar, heather, rosehip. Very substantial, very long finish with vibrant and fruity acidity.

- Brief description of viticulture, fermentation, vinification and maturation: The aszú grapes were macerated in fermented wine for 4 days and then pressed in a traditional medium barrel press. Matured in Hungarian barrels for 3 years after fermentation.
