The fresh nose reveals elderflower, yellow apple and pear notes. On the palate, the fresh, fragrant, grapey notes of Muscat dominate, combined with an excellent acidity-sugar balance. Full-bodied and rich, with a creamy finish.

- Brief description of viticulture, fermentation, vinification and maturation: For this off-dry organic Muscat Blanc the technically ripe, healthy grapes were harvested at the end of August. After soaking the crushed grapes for 1 hour, the must was pressed in a pneumatic tank press, fermented with selected organic yeasts in stainless steel tanks and then bottled.
