Serving temperature: 6-8 °C. The base wine of the new Tokaji Brut sparkling wine was made mainly from Furmint grape. Furmint, as the primary variety grown in the Tokaj-Hegyalja wine region, forms a wonderful harmony with the fine perlage resulting from bottle-fermentation. Sensory profile: Pale yellow sparkling wine with gentle mousse. The harmony of acids and bubbles characterises this batch of Tokaji grapes. Food pairings: great as an apéritif, but it is also ideal for rich soups and spicy meat dishes.
