- Brief description of viticulture, fermentation, vinification and maturation: Perfectly ripe grapes were harvested at the beginning of October from our old plantations in the upper part of the Síkhegy vineyard. Very strict yield control was maintained from pruning to harvesting. After destemming, the grapes were fermented on the skins in steel tanks for over two weeks. The wine was aged in Hungarian and French 225 and 500 litre barrels for 18 months.
