Organic, elegant full-bodied Premium Cabernet Franc from Kopár vineyard. Very low sulphite level. Ready to enjoy now or for long cellar ageing.
Harvested manually in mid-October from Kopár vineyard. Manual grape selection. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Matured in 225 litre second fill Hungarian and French medium toasted oak barrels for 20 months. After that fining and bottling. Aged on bottle for 18 months.
